All of the people I dealt with were both professional and pleasant. They made sure I was satisfied in the end. I was not at the house when the crew did the roof, but, my neighbors told me that the crew was very concerned as to make sure there was no debris left and minimal disturbance.

The company was hired to do the siding on our shed. The work was done quickly and professionally. All of our neighbors have said how nice the shed looks! In the process of doing the inspection on the shed I asked Ryan to check the cap on the chimney at which time it was discovered we needed a new roof. The price was very reasonable and again the work and cleanup were done in a very timely and professional manner.

I am amazed at how good and fast the crew is. I was in the road construction business for 30 years and new when someone was milking it. This crew definitely doesn’t do that. Kyle worked with my insurance to get my roof approved. Had to jump through a few hoops to do so, but he got it done. Great work all around.

I can't say enough about this team of professionals from the onset of the process with the first meeting with Desmond to initiate the claim, through the actual roof replacement under Corey's management. Not only did they remove and replace the roof in eight hours, they were meticulous about ensuring the cleanliness of the job site by getting on their hands and knees cleaning pieces of shingle and nails from the flower bed and driveway. We have gotten new windows, roof, doors, siding, gutters, soffits, foundation repairs, and now have completely rebuilt an outdoor wrap-around porch into a three seasons room enclosed by large beautiful windows. Patrick always treats our 150+ year old home with the same love and respect we have for it. It shows in his interactions with us, and the attention to project details, that he understands just how much it means to us to properly restore and renovate our home while maintaining its integrity. Kyle was referred to me by a friend of mine R L Groves did work for. I received a few estimates for the replacement of my roof. From the start with meeting with Kyle I knew this company was the one to go with. He was very professional. He went the extra mile to make sure our roof got tarped, due to shingles that got blown off in high winds.Kyle explained to me there was a shingle shortage with certain colors due to the supply / demand with the issue of Covid. We needed a green shingle to match other parts of our roof. This of course was one of the colors no one seemed to have. He went above and beyond to track down the same exact shingle we have on the other parts of our garage, that he got shipped in from Ohio. The crew did an outstanding job as well. They’re such good workers, very impressed. I will be recommending this company and Kyle in the future.

After we developed a leak in our roof I called R.L Groves and Sons. To get an estimate to repair the roof. mike came out the next week and did a complete inspection of the roof both from the outside and in the inside. He concluded that the roof vents were inadequate. The following week he and his team returned to fix the ridge vent and have not had an issue with the roof vent they also went above and beyond and for good measure inspected and did minor repairs on the other to vents. To mike are his deem job well done. Should we have other issues with the roof again I for will use and I for one will use them again

Definitely 5 stars! After our home was hit by a devastating tornado and a 120 foot tree, we needed much restoration. RL Groves was there for us from Day 1. Patrick was great to work with, professional, great communicator, and moved the work along. ( Mike and Ramon were great as well.) I cannot fully put into words our incredible experience with Jamie Quick and RL Groves and Sons. Jamie, in a few short days, became a part of our family. She was extremely knowledgeable, caring and took the necessary, investigative time (on the roof) to write a complete estimate, one that would not end up being way over the quote at the end of the re-roof. The project finished right on quote and on time. Her crew was amazing, working 730AM to 6PM (the work time allowed in our neighborhood) with only a half hour for lunch. They were very competent and their crew chief watched and worked meticulously along side them. They were also quiet, if a re-roof can be quiet! Jamie was on-site the entire project, including being on the roof, checking around our property, cleaning up pieces of shingle and nails and she gave us a progress report each evening before leaving. Our re-roof is beautiful, along with some rotted, wood-siding repair and paint, that no other roofing company offered in their quote. I cannot recommend Jamie Quick, her crew and RL Groves highly enough! Our re-roof was the BEST experience from beginning to end. The quote was highly competitive but Jamie made the difference.
